POSITION

Content Editors:

Content Editors are responsible for pouring over the existing content on the site and making sure it is current and correct. They are also welcome to submit their own guides/databases if they so wish at anytime and such action is heavily encouraged. An ability to write well is necessary. Editors will be expected to write guides and keep them updated.

Forum moderators:

* Be impartial
* Stimulate and lead discussions, to lead by example.
* Participate in the discussions, expressing your own opinion and encouraging debate without attacking the opinions of others

In general, the following is stuff we would like to see:

* Have a great deal of experience with RF online.
* Be excited about the role and have a willingness to encourage discussion about the game through feedback, forum use, etc.
* Have a clear understanding of what it is we are trying to do with these areas.
* Have the time available to commit
